Digital PDF Patterns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of PDF patterns are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please make sure to carefully review the product details before completing your purchase.
Printed Patterns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your printed patterns. If you are not happy with your printed pattern, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Process for Printed Patterns:
Contact us at [support@sewingfriend.com] within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the return process. The printed pattern must be unused, and returned in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
